Problem:
To make the grand opening an event to remember. The event lasted a full week with 5 stages of performances going on from 9:00 am - 9:00 pm each day. This was a major undertaking...

Solution:
The ITS team jumped right in. As the event unfolded and problems arised the ITS team was able to provide a solution at every turn. At one point a politician decided to stop by, with only two hours notice. In those two hours the ITS team worked with his security detail to secure the plaza for his arrival. Again showing that ITS will solve any problem that is presented.
