Problem:
For the ISP Con show in San Jose, CA the Microsoft corrdinator was working with a limited budget. To further make matters difficult the booth placement required special rigging.

Timeframe:
ITS was contacted 2.5 weeks prior to show date

Solution:
Working with the exhibit designer, ITS pulled together the system both on time and within the tight budget.
As for the rigging problems, ITS always plans for the worst and hopes for the best. The rigging problem was solved prior to load in and did not send the project overbudet.
